I was recommended to Dr Trikha by my family member, for my knee surgery. I am very pleased with the results. I have an MRI and was told I needed surgery, because I had ruptured my ACL and torn my meniscus in my right knee. The surgery date came through surprisingly very quickly, Dr Trikha came to see me before surgery, he made me feel very comfort and I was aware of everything. I came out of surgery and I was greeted by a nurse, who was very friendly. I was than seen by a physiotherapy called Caroline, to talk me through my exercises. Caroline was great, very patient and very friendly. I have seen Dr Trikha twice since surgery, once at my 3 months stage and again at 7 months, I have been told my knee is a lot stronger. I feel stronger now, I have listened and done exactly what has ben asked of me and I've never felt better. I am now back playing football, getting fit and strong for the upcoming season ahead. Sometimes I even forget I had surgery. I play for Abbey Rangers, and there are four players that have had knee operations with Dr Trikha and they would also strongly recommend him.

After a lifetime of pounding, at now at the age of 77, my right knee was giving me a lot of pain (at rest and while moving) and my comfortable range of walking was down to less than half a mile. Mr Trikha undertook a complete knee replacement at the Runnymede hospital. Within 5 days I was walking without crutches or a stick, using an exercise bike and having physio. After a couple of weeks I ceased to need painkillers, after 8 weeks the post op swelling had disappeared and now after 12 weeks I am walking up to 4 miles a day without any discomfort. My quality of life is back to what it was 15 years ago. Mr Trikha's approach to explaining the operation and his advice during the post op sessions has been clear, concise and friendly. I unreservedly recommend him for this kind of procedure.

Paul provided excellent service for my knee replacement. Apart from being very clear about the options, he set my expectations about the impact of the surgery and the recovery time and process. The surgery was a success and I was able to mange the after care process. Paul had good after care staff who were attentive when required. I believe this also contributed to a faster recovery. Thanks. Highly recommended. Alistair Schreiber

My wife and I saw Mr Trikha some weeks ago to discuss the possible necessity for me to have a full knee replacement, and what it involved physically and financially. He put us at our ease in a professional and caring way! He explained fully what was required and how and what could be achieved. He answered all our questions in an understanding way which gave us confidence in him and took away our understandable concerns. Prior to the operation on the 8th March ’16, the process was explained in terns we could understand and gave us confidence in him & his speciality. At the operation Mr Trikha introduced me to his team who explained their role; they were very professional and assuring. The operation was virtually painless – the whole process went very smoothly as had been previously outlined. I was soon in a very nice & well equipped hospital room. The staff –both day & night, were not only very efficient regarding cleanliness, medication etc. but friendly and caring. All staff – senior nurses, nurses, cleaners, office staff local & central were a pleasure to be with. I believe this came from the top – Mr Trikha who came each evening to see me and gave helpful points. Each of the following days (3) included physio or whatever was needed. Each person involved in the care process was very competent and did their job with a smile. Two days following my operation I could walk (with crutches) and supervised, around the ward with little discomfort. After leaving the hospital there were follow-up slots which included physio and minor medical inspection. Appointments with Mr Trikha for reviews also took place. I now walk a reasonable distance which I increase daily without discomfort.
